A clip of Jowie Irungu proposing to journalist Jacque Maribe has emerged after he is charged with video. Maribe, at the time, was a Citizen TV news anchor, and when Jowie proposed to her, the story hit all news headlines that she was out of the market. Kenyans expected the two to hold the wedding of the century only for the Monica Kimani murder case to surface.
