A video of a futuristic mansion for sale in Ruiru has been shared by YouTuber Naturalktedy (Edna). A Ruiru mansion's finishing impressed Kenyans. Why does Ruiru mansion cost KSh 16m? The eye-catching building sits on a 60 by 80 plot of land and is accessed through a stylish sliding door. It is surrounded by a wall topped with razor wire and an electric fence. The front gate opens up to a cabro-paved compound with sections of grass suitable for setting up a kitchen garden. The mansion's black, white, and grey theme colours fuse well, and a black mirror covers an entire section to allow ample natural lighting. A floating step on the main entrance with lights underneath adds to the building's visual appeal. The living room's white theme colour, large windows, and warm lighting create an inviting ambience. The kitchen features marble tiles and a dark cabinet contrasting with the white walls, with gypsum ceilings and modern lighting dotting the entire house. There is also a chef’s kitchen. A guest bathroom and two ensuite bedrooms are located on the other side. However, one can be converted into a domestic servant quarter as it has a door opening to the outside. The stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The first floor also has a terrace offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Floating stairs lead to the rooftop terrace, which sets the house apart from many others- it has countertops for cooking and a pergola with a kitchen setup.
