Diamond Platnumz Flaunts Palatial South Africa Mansion He Rents Out: "My Baby"

Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz owns a multimillion-dollar mansion in the industrial hub of Gauteng, South Africa. Diamond Platnumz is a landlord in South Africa. Inside Diamond's SA mansion The two-story Mediterranean home boasts a luxurious facade and is enclosed in a cream-toned perimeter wall and sliding gate. It features a double driveway, a low-pitched tile roof, audacious casement windows, and frameless glass railings. Though the singer did not share a video of the inside decor, clips showed the mansion's lawn, which is landscaped with grass turf. The stunning white home is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and low-lying evergreen shrubs, creating a serene atmosphere. It appears larger but shares the same characteristics as the one he flaunted in the same area code in late 2016. The Bongo Flava songbird, who was madly in love with South Africa-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan at the time, invited a film crew to document the acquisition. He reportedly purchased the home for the then-heavily pregnant Zari, costing at least KSh45 million. A video shared by the singer, who was accompanied by Zari and daughter Tiffah, as well as his longtime manager Babu Tale, revealed the luxury within it. It sat on a lush half-acre piece of land and came complete with the finest finishings, including a large deck and swimming pool. How many mansions does Zari Hassan own? When the relationship fell apart and pressure mounted for Zari to move out, the Brooklyn City Colleges owner acquired a home in Pretoria, northeast of Gauteng.Zari's home costs a minimum of KSh30 million and is located within a posh gated community that houses some of South Africa's elite. Zari, however, owns two other homes. The first is registered under her late husband, Ivan Semwanga, who died in 2017. Zari and tycoon Semwanga called it quits on their 12-year marriage shortly after throwing a lavish introduction ceremony in Munyonyo, Kampala, Uganda, in 2011. The two shared three sons: Pinto, Raphael, and Quincy Semwanga. Her second home is under Brooklyn City Colleges, and the third is a condominium.
