In a peculiar incident reported at Nyakoe Police Post in Kisii, a suspected thief believed to be female turned out to be a man. Kisii Locals Chasing Beautiful Woman over Stolen Phone Puzzled after Discovering Its a Man According to an OB report seen by TUKO.co.ke, it began when Wilfred Machoka Miruka and Edwin Omwenga, both from Nyamataro area, alleged that one of their customers forgot his phone at BMW Hotel. Upon realizing the phone was missing, the customer returned to the hotel, where he suspected a waiter of having taken the phone. Despite initial denials from the suspected waiter, further interrogation led to her attempted escape, prompting a hot pursuit by members of the public. Despite the suspect’s attempt at getting away, the angry mob caught up with her and recovered the stolen phone. “After arresting the suspect, members of the public discovered that the suspect has been personating to be a female yet he is a male,” the report reads. The suspect was identified as Felix Okemwa Morienge, aged 19 years, who had been personating as a female by dressing in female clothing and using the name Felister. Morienge was escorted to Nyakoe Police Post, where further interrogation revealed the extent of his impersonation.
