YouTuber Andrew Kibe has sparked a heated debate online after calling out Generation Z for their lack of work ethic. Andrew Kibe criticised how Generation Z carry themselves when given opportunities. In a video shared by @andrewkibelambistic, the content creator had no kind words for Gen Zs while downplaying their claims about suffering from depression. Why Andrew Kibe is unhappy with Gen Zs This is not the first time someone has opened up about the struggles of working with a young person in the Gen Z bracket. Back in May 2023, a Kenyan woman shared her frustration while trying to help a Generation Z woman get an attachment position. “I call the father who calls her, and now, after calling her the third time, she picks up the call with the excuse that she did not hear the phone ringing, but she was online all through,” she said. Kibe condemned how most hardly show up on time and have no sense of proper dressing. He said: “These Gen Z’s have become silly. You give him work, he cannot come on time. They cannot dress the right way. He comes with shaggy hair, and full time he is on the phone. It’s just complaining and attitude. Their nose is up there, and you ask them what they are doing. You are the same people calling themselves depressed people. You guys do not know problems. Get to know problems.”His post sparked mixed reactions, as some netizens supported him while others reminded him that Gen Zs do not conform to how most do their things.
