Lady Justice Grace Nzioka said that through evidence, the prosecution rightly implicated Jowie in the killing committed in September 2018. To sum up, did the first accused person kill the deceased? It is the finding of this court that he armed himself with a gun and went to Lamuria Gardens and murdered the deceased,” said Nzioka. In a bid to cover up, Nzioka established that the accused left the scene immediately and went to his home, where he changed his clothes and burnt them. Reading from her 117-page writings, the judge further implied that Jowie was familiar to the deceased, contrary to his earlier account that he did not know her. She said the duo had been classmates at Kenya Polytechnic back in the day, as revealed by the deceased’s brother. Who was Jowie Irungu’s lover?
