Starlet Wahu's BFF Remembers Partying Hard Every Weekend, Shares Her Favourite Phrase: "I Miss You"

 

Socialite Soila has remembered her best friend, Starlet Wahu, who was found brutally murdered in South B over a week ago. Starlet Wahu and Soila were best friends and used to hang out together.  You're missed, Starlet Wahu's BFF says Wahu and Soila were partners in crime, and the mother of one penned a message, noting that she misses her BFF. She reminisced about how they would go partying on weekends. "It is Friday; These would be her exact words: 'Wee mumama ni Friday unazeeka kwa nyumba, Toa form'. She always psyched me up. I miss you, Star! I do," she wrote.  Recently, Soila shared photos and videos from their vacations and partying lifestyle, reminiscing about the great time they spent together. "My forever third wheeler, to everywhere I went," she captioned one of the videos of Wahu driving her in her flashy car. The mother of one penned an emotional message to Wahu, describing her as a great friend. "I don't know what I will do without you. You are my favourite person on the planet," she captioned another video. In another video, the two socialites were partying and popping bottles as they jammed to their favourite tunes at a popular city club. "2018-2024 I loved you the same," she said. Pastor Kanyari defends Starlet Wahu's lifestyle The Salvation Healing Ministry lead Pastor Victor Kanyari, called out individuals blaming his slain sister, Wahu's, lifestyle and linking it to her brutal killing.  In a candid conversation with his congregants, Kanyari said that his sister's death was a heavy blow to his family, especially their mother, Prophetess Lucy Nduta, and called on Kenyans on social media to stop judging the dead harshly. "My sister was single, and there was nothing wrong with her looking for a man like any other person would look for love. She met with him on social media, and they fell in love. We see that there were HIV test kits in the room, which means she did not trust the man," he said in part. He added: "There were also bottles of alcohol in the room, which means they also drank. There is nothing wrong with her drinking because she was not a born-again Christian. It is me who is born again, not her. It would make sense to raise concern if it was me who was caught drinking because I am a pastor, but my sister was not born again."  What to know about Starlet Wahu Starlet Wahu was found dead at an Airbnb in South B after she checked into the Papino apartment with a man identified as John Matara. Wahu was allegedly stabbed to death by her date, Jonh Matara, and CCTV footage of him leaving the apartment was shared online The 26-year-old, an Instagram socialite, was known for her flashy lifestyle. Wahu's brothers, pastors Kanyari and Jackson Mwangi, defended her, calling out critics for criticising her lifestyle.
