Peter Salasya Threatens to Unfriend Kenyans Criticising Him Online: "Won't Tolerate Nonsense"

Kenyans took to social media to slam the youthful lawmaker for exhibiting unpleasant characters in public, yet he was supposed to be a role model. How many Salasay intends to block on Facebook However, the lawmaker seems not to be taking criticism positively; he has vowed to unfriend Kenyans who are criticising him on social media. On his Facebook page, Salasya said he will not tolerate people who follow him to hurl insults at him. "I won't tolerate nonsense going forward I will continue to stamp authority ....ukitaka unfollow me now matusi ndio napenda mimi huwa sitishwi na huwa silambi mtu .Heshima muhimu give me respect. I will, too, give you respect full-stop," Salasya said. The youthful lawmaker asked Kenyans who do not believe in his leadership to immediately unfollow him, arguing that it would be better to remain with a few people who believe in him. "I want everybody who doesn't believe in me to unfollow me immediately, not by request. I want to remain with the few in support here...if you abuse me, I block you; let's start now," he added. Salasya disclosed that he intends to block 50,000 people who have been abusing him after he was involved in a funeral drama. "So far I have blocked 500 people. I now have 50k to block. I remain with only 100k faithful supporters who will be asking me what happened, what prompted all this, not those cursing me here left and right ...am also a social media therapist," he stated. At one point, the Mumias East MP was whisked to safety after goons attacked him while he was addressing a congregation earlier today, Sunday, November 12. Salasya's vehicle was damaged at Bulimbo in the Matungu constituency, where he was attending a funeral alongside other leaders. The youthful lawmaker was accused of threatening to kill Kakamega Resident Magistrate Gladys Kiama. Since his election, Salasya has been publicly challenging Kakamega governor Fernandes Barasa over the issues surrounding Mumias Sugar Company.
