However, what most Kenyans noted was Raila's phone that was placed directly in front of him on the table that had been tied by a rubber band. Some wondered if it was his new swag or if the phone had a problem that it needed to be held together by a rubber band. Some raised questions about the state of the device, while others took a lighthearted approach, suggesting playful explanations for the unconventional accessory.
