Kenyans Concerned About Man Sharing Worrying Cryptic Messages on Social Media

Netizens have raised the alarm over worrying messages shared by a man identified as Marine Eric Mwandi on various social media platforms. Kenyans called for those close to Eric to reach out and find out what is bothering him. The disturbing messages began to surface on December 5, 2023, following a seemingly innocuous post by Eric on November 3, 2023. Where it all began In this post, he shared a photo of himself with the caption, "Furaha ya bwana ni kuwa na bibi" (The joy of the Lord is having a wife). However, the tone of his subsequent messages raised concerns among his followers. On December 5, 2023, Eric shared a cryptic message and lyrics from Gospel musician Christopher Mwahangila's song, "Uwe Nguzo." The lyrics read, "Nikingie kifua, uwe nguzo mbele, nisaidie Bwana kupigana nao. Mimi natumaini kwako Yesu" (Cover my chest, be the pillar in front, help me, Lord, to fight them. I trust in you, Jesus). Concerns over Eric's state of mind The dynamic nature of these lyrics has left many worried about Eric's mental and emotional state. Many have called upon friends, family, and authorities to contact Eric and provide support. Others offered him messages of hope, urging him to hold on as tough times come and go. The messages, some of which suggest potential marital challenges, have prompted an outpouring of concern from the online community. Social media reactions  Denis Jason: "Hey, be strong bro. God has good plans for you, we survived a deadly accident together in May 2019, and we heavily thank God for saving us, now why give up so easily?" Annjoy Kathomi: "I hope this account is not hacked, but God, please help our brother to think positively. Somebody near should reach out or go check on him for us." Kimathi Fairfax: "Don't give up, your tomorrow is blighter than today. Mungu aliyepeana maji jagwani even today He can do more. Please bro, cool down." Stivo Simple Boy's cryptic message Elsewhere, Stivo Simple Boy recently posted a heartbroken emoji on Instagram amid his wife's pregnancy drama. The polite singer had denied being the father of his wife's unborn child and claimed that she cheated on him. Stivo's worrying post ignited massive reactions, with many fans sympathising with him.
