A young boy from a humble background chose to take his chances at Form One in Kabarnet High School despite not having school fees. The youngster presented himself to Kabarnet High School in his former primary school uniform. Armed with determination and his admission letter, he dressed up in his former primary school uniform and walked confidently into the school. Principal touched by boy's determination His zeal to pursue education even when the odds were against him left a lasting impression on the school principal, Mr Julius Ndirangu. The kind educator was moved by the boy's commitment, sincerity and courage, so he offered him a scholarship. Photos of the youngster going to the school were shared on Facebook by Lemiso Media.
