A young Kenyan woman has built a majestic mansion for herself along Thika Road. A young woman built a majestic home.Inside young woman’s mansion Liz, a 30-year-old, constructed a four-bedroom all en suite, two-storey maisonette at a KSh 7.2 million. The grey house features a sliding gate the compound leading into the compound paved with cabro blocks, and flower pots dot the front porch.  It has a small front garden with ample parking for three cars. The backyard has space for a kitchen garden.  All the floors and walls are white-themed, giving the house a roomy feel. The kitchen has white cabinets, grey granite countertops, and a pantry. The ground floor has the guest bedroom and living room area. The first floor has the remaining bedrooms and a private balcony with a view. The primary bedroom features a massive closet with large windows for natural light and a full eighth mirror. Liz’s rooftop terrace has terrazzo on the floor, clotheslines and water storage tanks. Breakdown of cost Some costs include KSh 716,000 for the foundation, KSh 617,000 for walling, KSh 696,000 for the second-floor slab, and the interior and exterior finishes cost KSh 861.
