Video of Badly Damaged Car Being Driven on City Highway Causes Uproar: "Maajabu"

 

A video of a motorist driving a badly damaged car on a busy highway has emerged on social media and caused an uproar. Screengrab of the damaged car being driven on city highway:  The shocking video showed the driver driving a vehicle registration no. KBS 074H, seemingly oblivious to the danger he posed to himself and other road users on the busy highway. The clip was posted by @BravinYuri, who said in Kenya, anything is possible, as he was shocked by how the driver could drive a vehicle that had all its mirrors shattered.  "Welcome to Kenya. This is Kenya, and Kenya is our business." The vehicle, which had been involved in an accident, had its entire left side severely mangled. To make matters worse, the rear wheels were quaking. Video causes uproar Here are some of the comments that the video ignited: @chepchumba671 said: "Gari ni gari Kwa dereva.Hii ni maajabu" gratmay_car_shop said: "Tulifuatana mpaka Nakuru. Its view was traumatizing." gambah_the_great: "Gari ni engine." Nyambene Pundit: "This is against the law.aombe sana hazipatane na ntsa." karigo: "Nyi hamuoni venye the left rear wheel is wobbling,there's a calamity about to happen."  In other news, Kenyans lashed out at a skilled rider performing a heart-stopping stunt while riding with his pillion passenger. The dreadlocked rider performed an almost gravity-defying manoeuvre, popularly known as a wheelie, as he speedily navigated through traffic. In a viral video, the rider and his foolishly excited passenger disregarded their personal safety as they did not have protective helmets or protective riding gear. Astonishingly, the calmness displayed by the female passenger was out of this world as she effortlessly held on to the back of the bike, completely composed throughout the exhilarating ride.
