However, the popularity of the song has also attracted some impostors who have created fake accounts using the name and image of Marakwet Daughter. Marakwet Daughter has expressed her frustration and anger over the impersonation. She has also hinted that she has contacted her lawyers and will pursue legal action against the culprits.
