Kipchumba Murkomen's pricy Rolex watch amazes Kenyans

 

Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen wears a Yacht-Master 40mm Rolex watch. The watch has captivated netizens.

The CS was wearing it Wednesday, Dec 6 appearing before the National Assembly to answer questions about the fair distribution of road development and resources across the country
