Issa’s wife only one who could withdraw KSh 2.4 m In an interview with TUKO.co.ke, Issa said that he had been working in Qatar for five years, and during that period, he would send his beloved wife back home money. “My wife is the only one who could withdraw money from the account, which had over KSh 2.4 million. My target was to build a house for my mum then build mine later,” he complained. “I got shocked when I came back to Kenyan only to find that she had spent all the savings. I asked my wife where she had kept the money and she said that she had paid school fees for her brother,” he added. Issa lies about being in Qatar Issa revealed that he did not want his family to know that he had gone to search for greener pastures in Qatar. “They kept asking where I was, but I would tell them that was working in Mombasa,” he said. Despite the devastating loss, Issa is relieved that he never used to send all his money to the account. “When I arrived home, I didn’t know what to say or do; I had to build my mum a simple house although my target was KSh 1.3 million.
