The lawyer revealed in court that there is a pending case in the High Court regarding the ownership of the vehicle. The complainant in the present case is the plaintiff in the other.  Kaaria was released on KSh 500,000 bail with two sureties in like sum or on bail in the sum of KSh 100,000 with two sureties.
