Lawyer Ahmednasir Censured for Lamenting over Garissa Road Swept by Floods: "Sit Down"

Kenyans have mocked lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi after he appeared to complain about the effects of El Nino in the North Eastern part of the country. Lawyer Ahmednasir shared a video of Garissa Road being swept away by floods. The outspoken lawyer shared a video showing a section of Hola-Garrisa Road rendered impassable by the ongoing heavy El Nino rains. How did Kenyans react to Ahmednasir's post? RHowever, a section of Kenyans censured the Senior Council, some suggesting he should talk to President William Ruto directly. A Kenyan identified as Mukami Mungai said Ahamednasir was a key supporter of Ruto and, hence, should reach out to him instead of complaining on social media. "Sit down Kinuthia. Are you not one of the cheerleaders of this planless government? Are you not the greatest supporter of a President who has denied the existence of El Nino despite warnings from weather professionals? Just call Ruto and tell him or better still, leave a message in Itumbi's WhatsApp," Another Kenyan Geoffrey Moturi said; "But all the governors, NEP officials live in Nairobi's leafy suburbs and are constructing apartments in the city."
