Kenyans split over how Christina Shusho uses scripture for her songs

Christina Shusho has reacted to Kenyans online discussing her gospel songs. The Tanzanian songstress has been the subject of discussion this weekend, with many captivated by how she incorporates scriptures into her songs, compared to others.

She responded to one man @iconic_gravity who wrote, "I want to convey sincere gratitude to all Christina Shusho fanatics for making the right choice, Not only has she won our hearts but also our souls. I cannot take for granted the dedication, participation & support given to management."

The songwriter responded, "Ahsanteni sana I don't take it for Granted."

She is currently in Arizona, USA for a Hope Of Life Worship event where she will lead a seminar as a lead Pastor.

She was last in Kenyan on October 13-14 for a crusade in Kasarani Moi International Stadium with Pastor Evelyn Joshua.

She also attended the Athe Alive To Live Africa Album & Mission Launch live To Live Africa Album & Mission Launch

Music fans are split over her worship songs, and on X.com formerly Twitter, Kenyans are saying gospel artistes lack original lyrics, with others saying gospel music should originate from the bible.

@Chuukuh...The most unoriginal "artists" are gospel singers. Take the Bible away, and they have zero content. Bure!

@kimrobstan...I am surprised you guys are surprised. This is how gospel music is supposed to be. Sing from the scriptures.(Bible)

@SpaxGenius...Shida ni hamjui bibilia so it looks strange to you all

@fanconsul...Lol, you guys are funny. The majority of gospel songs are picked from the Bible word for word. Where have you been living, Bermuda Triangle?

@MwawanaMuema...She did the same with "Bwana Umenichunguza". Straight from Psalm 139

@mkoloni_...We need a concert in Kenya we cry our hearts out

@azdaknick......"Utukumbuke eeh" ,ilove her songs it blessed me alot .
