Kakamega Man Kills 13-Year-Old Son for Allegedly Stealing 2 Chickens

She Delivered What led to boy's death According to a report by Citizen Digital, Shadrach Luseno was beaten by his father after he allegedly Luseno stole two chickens and disappeared from home for four days.  Confirming the Sunday, November 26 incident, the village thief reported that Luseno became unconscious after the beating and was rushed to Shieywe Private Hospital in Khayega. He was pronounced dead by medics at the hospital upon arrival. Police officers investigating the incident and mortuary attendants both noted injuries and blood stains on his body. The minor's body was transferred to Mukumu Mission Hospital Mortuary, awaiting a postmortem examination. Businessman allegedly shoots son dead In a separate incident, a popular Ugandan businessman was arrested after he allegedly shot dead his son on Tuesday, November 21. R Haji Joe Ogwang from Lira City in Uganda allegedly killed his son after a confrontation involving money. A report by the Daily Monitor indicated that the altercation ensued after the businessman's son, Aaron Okello, demanded money from his father. There was a struggle between the father and son; while Okello tried to disarm his dad, he suffered injuries after Ogwang fired a bullet. The young man was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. The 57-year-old father-turned-killer would later surrender to the police. “The killer gun has been recovered, with five rounds of ammunition and exhibited. We are yet to ascertain whether the suspect acquired the pistol legally or not as further investigations continue,” Patrick Jimmy Okema, the North Kyoga Police Spokesperson, said as quoted by the Daily Monitor.
