List of musicians who performed alongside Sauti Sol at SolFest

The much-awaited VIP SolFest finally happened at Uhuru Gardens. As everyone knows SolFest was divided into two categories the VIP and the Regular show.

The boy band group decided to separate the two classes to satisfy and give their loyal fans the best times of their lives.

After 20 years of being together as a group, the beloved boy band consisting of Chimano, Polycarp, Savara and the International Bald Man Bien decided to break up.

What better way to end two decades of Sauti Sol than a banger festival to appreciate their time together and thrilling hit songs.

Sauti Sol decided to add a touch to their SolFest event and surprised the VIP audience with popular artists whom they had once collaborated with.

Among the surprise artists that were on the VIP show were;

1. Nyashinski

The GOAT of Kenyan music thrilled fans with his outstanding performance and his epic fall when he was coming to the stage.

Nyashinski “ni mtu wa watu” and he never disappoints when he steps on stage so for all who missed the show just know you missed one hell of a show yesterday.

2. Lisa Oduor

Lisa is one of the musicians in their group Sol Generation. She stepped onto the stage as Tiwa Savage and performed “Girl Next Door” alongside Sauti Sol.

3. Nviri and Bensol

The dynamic duo decided to come and show support to their Sol Generation brothers. The duo alongside Sauti Sol performed all the songs that they had performed together.

Their performance rocked the fans and kept the audience entertained for a good portion of the night.

4. P-Unit

Talk of taking us back in time. Sauti Sol paired up with P-Unit and the two performed their famous song “Gentleman”.

Just as the title of the song the two groups were true gentlemen and made our ladies fall in love all over again.

5. Dela

Yes, she was also at the event. Most people might have forgotten her because she isn’t quite the musician she was when she was still in her prime.

But this is Sauti Sol we are talking about and they ensured that they took their fans throughout their 20-year journey.

The band performed some of their famous songs like “Mama Papa”.

Hopefully, Saturday’s performance will be bigger and better than the VIP show.
