Kipng’etich sought answers from his colleague as to why the station’s computer and printer developed issues after he used it. It was during their argument that Kipng’etich pounced on Manani before unleashing a barrage of blows that left him with injuries to the mouth and nose. “On arrival at the station, an argument ensued between the two officers and in the process, Kipngetich grabbed Manani and pushed him on the ground, and he started punching him on his face causing injuries on his mouth and nose,” the police said as reported by Citizen Digital. Manani was rushed to Kericho Referral Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries before being discharged.
