Tom Daktari Recounts Ex-Girlfriend Dumping Him when He Was Broke: "Alirudi Kunipigia Simu Badaye"

 

In an interview with Sauti TV, the comedian shared the story of how he was dumped by his girlfriend when he had very little to offer, including money, facial hair, and what he perceived as good looks. Daktari recounted that both he and his ex-girlfriend attended different universities, and it was during this period that she decided to end their relationship for another man.  “God Provide for You” He described the breakup as a painful experience and mentioned that he tried to plead with her not to leave him.  "I was dumped, and it was terrible. I called her several times to plead with her not to leave me. I didn't have money, beards, or even looks. I had nothing. The only thing I had was a good heart," Daktari revealed. Daktari also mentioned that their relationship had been going well before they entered university, so he couldn't understand what went wrong afterwards. Interestingly, he revealed that after his ex-girlfriend left him, she was eventually also dumped by the man she had chosen over him. Subsequently, she started reaching out to Daktari, hoping to reconcile. However, Daktari chose not to entertain her advances. "She was later dumped because she started calling me later on.
