Photos: The mom of the Head of Content at Radio Africa Group laid to rest

 

The mother of Radio Africa's Group Head of Content, Paul Ilado, was buried on Saturday in the Busian town of Akobwait, Mungatsi.

Mother of ten, Elizabeth Alungat Ilado, 87, departed this life early this month. She courageously battled blood and bone cancer for nearly twenty years.

Elizabeth was a nurse and a well-known strict disciplinarian who was nevertheless very generous and devoted to God.

Radio Africa Group family joined Ilado is giving his mother the send-off she deserved.

They were led by Group Chief Operating Officer at the Radio Africa Group, Martin  Khafafa and The Star Newspaper's Chief Operating Officer, Agnes Kalekye

The Speakers of the service shared heartfelt eulogies and tributes to the deceased, contributing to the overall atmosphere of sadness and remembrance.
