Nairobi Woman in Trouble for Threatening Husband: "Atalala Mochari"

 

Anne Waithera is accused of uttering threatening words on August 31, 2023, in Dagorreti Sub-county, aimed at her husband. A report by Citizen TV indicated that Waithera vowed that her husband would sleep in the mortuary. She is alleged to have said: "Lazima Muturi akufe."  The court found that there was no sufficient reason why she made the threatening words to her spouse, Christopher Muturi. She denied the charges and was released on a cash bail of KSh 30,000. Nairobi woman invites baby daddy to beat husband In other news, a Nairobi woman was taken to court for allegedly inviting her baby daddy to beat up her husband in his South B home after a domestic fight. Thirty-five-year-old Grace Wanjiku was accused, alongside her ex-lover, of assaulting her husband, Umberto Daniel, earlier this month and also threatening to kill him. The couple fought after Daniel asked Wanjiku where she was after returning home at midnight, and she allegedly took a kitchen knife and threatened to harm him. It was at the height of the altercation that Wanjiku called her ex-lover, who is also her baby daddy, and he arrived within minutes, and together they threatened the complainant.  Bungoma man arraigned Elsewhere, a Bungoma man was arraigned for threatening to kill his son and himself after his wife secretly left them to come and work in Nairobi. Thadeus Moiti Kolotongi, who appeared at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi, is alleged to have threatened to pick up his son, who is in Form One, from school and deliberately cause an accident that would kill both of them. "You are charged that on May 31, 2022 at unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, without lawful excuse, caused Brigdi Khadiagala to receive a text message of threat to kill her son," read the charge sheet in part.     BY TUKO NEWS
