Kenyans hail Uhuru Kenyatta as charming and charismatic as he turns 62

 

Former President Uhuru Kenyatta turns 62 today.

Kenyans are marking the day with videos and memories of how charming and charismatic he was while serving as the Head of State.

Here are memorable things about him:

He loves to dance and the joy on his face as he jigs is clear to all.

Whether it is local or international music, the Ex-President always made it a point to stand up and shake. He even broke protocol as his security detail was caught off guard.

- He always obliged the requests of Kenyans to take selfies plus high fives. And boy does he smile when the camera clicks.

- His pride and joy while holding children in public made many comments that he was a natural dad, warming hearts as he played and attempted to cook with them.

- He loved to drive himself. He also took strolls with shocked members of the public as his bodyguards kept close by. He often greeted Kenyans and enquired about their well-being.

- He was often spotted in the CBD at night inspecting projects. He was serious about seeing his projects come to fruition.

-He often wore shirts, specifically kitenge outfits which resulted in him earning a nickname we are yet to forget "Uhuru wa Mashati Kali".
