What did KQ CEO do for customer service week? The airline shared that Kilavuka picked up a shift as part of the cabin crew on a round trip from Nairobi to Mombasa. This unusual gesture posted on Facebook on Thursday, October 5, was part of the airline's celebration of Customer Service Week. "Our Group MD and CEO, Allan Kilavuka, picks up shift on round trip from Nairobi to Mombasa. Our COO and CFO also got down to work. Check our subsequent posts," KQ wrote. The CEO went above and beyond by not just observing but actively participating in the day-to-day responsibilities of the cabin crew. The images shared by Kenya Airways captured Kilavuka fully adorned in the Kenya Airways cabin crew uniform, engaging with passengers with a warm and approachable demeanour. The renowned crooner was in Kenya for the Love Nairobi Festival, where he is expected to deliver a scintillating performance.
