Bolt suspends Cab driver who exposed his genitals to his female customers

 

A video of a Bolt- Cab driver exposing his genitals to female clients he was carrying upset many.

Bolt has now confirmed to suspending the driver's account.

"We are also actively engaging with the affected rider, and once again take this opportunity to express our sincere concern and empathy over this unfortunate incident," said Bolt.

They asserted that they value the safety of their customers and will never tolerate such behavior from their drivers.

In the video the obviously agitated woman could he heard questioning the driver over his inappropriate behavior.

 "Why are you undressing? Drop me there" She demanded

Further signalling her friend

"Sally! Alight this man is naked." She then ordered the driver "Drop me."

This is not the first time Bolt drivers have been called out over their unproffesionalism.

It is not clear how they will ensure the driver does not register again under an Alias.
