Crazy Kennar was declared the Comedy Influencer of the Year 2023 in the just concluded Pulse Liv e Kenya ceremony.
This is his award three years in a row.
He told of his gratitude for the recognition and his plans for going harder in creating and delivering content.
Many have also tried to draw him into the discussion to do with the feud surrounding his former crew.
Yvonne Khisa, Standley Omondi, Bushra Sakshi, Stephen Otieno, and Cynthia Wanjiru parted with Kennar this year amid controversy.
While they each spoke out about the reason for the split, Kennar has not delved deep into the feud.
He spoke to YouTuber Vickie Vickinah on her platform where he respectfully asked that he won’t invite further questions about their drama.
He was insistent that Kenyans stop asking him what happened. He however congratulated those among his former crew who are doing their content
“It’s amazing” He didn’t want to speak about his former crew
“I would say it’s a long story, a story for another day.” He is working with other content creators now
“I’m giving people an opportunity to express their talent because you know you can’t maybe shine alone. So I think it’s a good experience for me.”
Is he still on good terms with his ex-teammates?
“That’s a story for another day. Story for another day” he repeated when asked to clarify his statement.”I prefer not to speak a lot with that story” BY MPASHO NEWS
