With President Museveni gearing up to celebrate his 79th birthday a week ahead of his actual birth date, which falls on September 15th, another big party is in the offing. The grand celebration is set to take place at the iconic Kololo Independence Grounds.

In anticipation of this momentous occasion, Senior Superintendent Godwin Arinaitwe, the Kampala Metropolitan Traffic Police Commander, has announced some key traffic arrangements.

The event is expected to draw a colossal crowd of approximately 100,000 guests, necessitating traffic diversions to accommodate the passage of VVIPs.
