Jalang'o Mourns Papa Shirandula Director, Credits Him for His Success: "Gave Me a Chance

Jalang'o took to social media to mourn the death of the producer. The first term MP shared his sorrows at the demise of his former producer back at Papa Shirandula. The politician noted that the producer gave him a chance at television while giving appreciation to the late Kibana. He wrote: "Rest well Director! Kibwana Onguso! You gave me a chance to show my talent without boders! Kibwana Onguso! Director Papa Shirandula! Rest in Peace!" Kibwana discovered dead According to the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), Kibwana's son discovered him lying in his bed unconscious in his Lucky Summer home. Efforts to save his life were, however, futile as doctors pronounced him dead at around 11 am, bringing to an end an era that will forever remain embedded in history. Produced Tausi, Tahamaki Kibwana made a name for himself way back in the 90s as being the man behind popular TV shows like Tausi, Tahamaki, Kisulisuli, and Nyundo Utosini. He soon moved to Royal Media Services' Citizen TV in the early 2000s and went ahead to produce Papa Shirandula and Inspekta Mwala. After Citizen TV, Kibwana worked with K24 and Maisha Magic before going into independent content production. He has been hailed as a man who not only embodied professionalism but also mentored many modern-day TV producers.  Sean Cardovillis found dead Kibwana died on the same night another media personality, Sean Cardovillis, was found dead outside his house in Westlands. A cleaner at his apartment along Rhapta Road stumbled on his body on the staircase before police arrived at the scene. The Seychellois had a stint with the Nation Media Group before his comeback at the Capital Group-owned station, where he started his career.   BY TUKO NEWS
