Infotrak Survey: Kithure Kindiki, Ezekiel Machogu Ranked Best Performing CSs in Ruto's Cabinet

"We managed to interview 4,000 respondents between August 2023 and September 10, 2023, through computer-assisted telephone interviews, and the sample was spread across 47 counties in 8 regions. "The rating for the Cabinet Secretaries depended on the ability of Kenyans to be familiar with and have knowledge on what they are doing to serve Kenyans.
