All about the Sh 230k shirt Siaya Governor James Orengo wore to son’s wedding

Siaya Governor James Orengo’s son, Michael, recently wed his fiancée, Samantha Luseno, in a luxurious traditional wedding ceremony in Vihiga County.

Among the invited guests were several VIPs from political and business circles including Azimio leader Raila Odinga, former governor Wycliffe Oparanya, Uasin Gishu Woman Rep Gladys Boss, Vihiga Governor Wilberforce Ottichilo, several MPs including Otiende Amollo and Samuel Atandi as well as businessman Jimmy Wanjigi – all in attendance owing to James Orengo’s status in Kenya’s opposition politics and his leadership in Siaya County.

While Michael spotted a dapper light colored suit paired with black shirt and Samantha wore a reddish pink kitenge dress, it was Governor Orengo’s dress code that attracted more attention.

Pairing off his black pants and black fedora hat and sun glasses was a Barocco Silk Shirt by Versace.

According to Versace, the Barocco silk shirt is crafted from pure silk and the long sleeved button down shirt features the signature Barocco print- a beloved house code featuring acanthus leaves.

The shirt is to only be cleaned in gentle dry cleaning and ironed delicately to avoid damage. Versace advises for the protection of buttons and any hardware on it by covering them during washing.
