US Dollar vs Kenyan shilling: Dollar fluctuation over last six months

 

The exchange rate of the Kenyan shilling to the US dollar has been on an upward trend since January, 2023.

Whereas one US dollar was going for Sh123.78 in January, the exchange rate spiked to Sh139.11 by June.

In February, a dollar was exchanged for Sh124.98 but this rose to Sh132.13 in March.

It rose marginally to Sh132.94 per dollar in April before rising further to Sh138.49 in May.    BY THE STAR
