Reason why Murugi Munyi's son went online to search her net worth
Digital content creator/entrepreneur Murugi Munyi has shared how her firstborn child left her in stitches after she turned down his request for a grand gift.
Sharing on her Instagram stories Murugi went on to reveal that her son, Ethan went online to google her net worth after the TMI podcast host told him she had no money to purchase a brand new PS5 for him.
Murugi shared a screen grab from online that read, "Yummy Mummy's biography, age, spouse, net worth and lifestyle wikidata,"
For those a little in the dark, a while back before rebranding Murugi used to refer to herself across all socials as Yummy Mummy.
Captioning the post-Murugi wrote, "Ethan just showed me this... He googled my 'net worth' after I told him I don't have money for a PS5 right now," accompanied by a laughing emoji.
The content creator and her family are currently in Malindi enjoying a family vacation.
Murugi went on to correct a few posts that she termed inaccurate in the screen grab that her teen son had shared with her while negotiating for the gaming device.
"I'm a Pisces. I'm Luhya, not Kisii! My real name is Joan Murugi Munyi, Obwaka was dropped..." wrote the mother of 3.
Interestingly she did not dispute the noted net worth presented in the website, According to the website Murugi has a net worth of Sh. 28 million.
Murugi is currently raising her son, Ethan with her husband Zack although he is not the boy's biological father. A few months ago she opened up on the struggles of getting pregnant when she was still a teenager.
