Narok: William Ruto Checks on His Large Herd of Livestock in Kilgoris Before Going to Church

 

What did Ruto do on his farm? The head of state, who does not shy off from displaying his love for agriculture, spent time with his cattle before preparing for church on Sunday, August 20. In photos shared by blogger Dennis Itumbi, Ruto, who donned his grandpa hat and gumboots, was captured checking on how his farm animals were doing. "President William Samoei Ruto interacted with his herd in Kilgoris, Narok County, earlier today before church," Itumbi said. In his post, the state house-linked blogger also detailed the president has already launched a revolutionary Leather Value Chain. "The President has already approved a revolutionary Leather Value Chain plan that will reverse how we treat our hides and skin and introduce a value-addition plan," he said adding school children will be among the first beneficiary. The president inspected his farm to witness the fruits of his labour as he spent this year's Easter weekend priming the land for planting.
