It was a historic moment in Rongai, Nakuru, on Wednesday as residents finally received their land ownership documents.
President William Ruto issued 1800 title deeds to land owners at Majani Mingi who had stayed without the documents for years.
This not only recognizes the property rights of countless individuals but also sets a precedent for securing land tenure.
This is part of President Ruto’s vision which aligns economic progress with social harmony, highlighting the significance of structured land administration in propelling the nation towards a future of prosperity and unity.
He was accompanied by his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua, Lands CS Zachariah Njeru, Lands PS Nixon Korir, and Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika among other MPs. BY THE STAR
