Toyota Fortuner local assembly to be launched by Ruto in Mombasa

 

On Saturday, President William Ruto will visit Mombasa County. He will be at the Associated Vehicle Assembler's opening of the Toyota Fortuner local assembly line at 10.30 a.m.

At 12.30 pm, he would thereafter leave for the Mombasa Kenya Shipyard Limited commissioning of the Kenya National Shipping Line Shupavu.

Ruto is in Mombasa for a five-day development trip of the Coast area.

From July 27, he planned to explore the coastal region, visiting the counties of Lamu, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale, and Tana River.

"He will focus on inaugurating, commissioning, and inspecting government projects that are in line with the bottom-up economic agenda."

In Mukowe, Ngao, Ukunda, and Mombasa, Ruto would focus projects in the blue economy and fisheries sector.   BY MPASHO NEWS
