Police Recover Stolen Goats In Isiolo

 

Police have recovered 13 stolen goats at the Isiolo-Samburu border.

The recovery was made on Friday at Wambaa, Samburu County near Meibae Conservancy, police said.

“The livestock which was initially reported stolen at the Kimanjo Police Station within Laikipia County on July 23 has since been handed back to the owner in the presence of the Assistant Chief,” police said.

They were tracked and recovered through an operation led by Samburu East Sub County Police Commander, Kenya Police Officers from Wambaa Police Station, and National Police Reserve from Wamba/ Lodung’okwe.

Cases of cattle rustling are rampant in the northern part of the country.      BY CAPITAL NEWS
