Jalang’o: Ruto is Kenya 1 and we must support him

Langata MP Phelix Odiwuor aka Jalango has been on a roll the past few hours, speaking his mind on matters politics.

After getting stick online that he would be a one term MP due to his political decisions, Jalas put up two posts where he was in the company of President William Ruto and maintained that meeting the head of state had with a section of leaders from Nyanza sometime back was not for show.

He further stated that leaders should work closely with the president because if he fails, the entire country fails.

“Our resolve to work with HE william Ruto was not a gimmick! We will support the president and we must support the president!

“When the president loses we all lose! Ruto is Kenya 1! God bless the president and may we work together for our country! Always pray for the president for him to continuously guide and lead the country!” he wrote.

Jalas later put up another post where he was shaking hands with Ruto and captioned it, “Keep this for photo for future use…..Only God knows!”

In March this year, an undated video of Jalas addressing mourners went viral and he was on record saying he intends to vie for the top seat in the next few years.

Jalang’o also said that the fact that Ruto has never lost an election drew him closer to him as intends to learn his strategies and understand how to position himself for a potential future role as the head of state.

“I went to Ruto to learn skills of winning elections because Ruto has never lost elections since he entered politics. I went to learn how he (Ruto) has been getting it right…” he said.

“I’m telling you I’m getting those skills and I know I will become the first person from the Luo community to become president. You will remember the statement I’m telling you today when a boy from Gem constituency gets declared president,” he added.
