Martha Karua represents ex-Mungiki leader Njenga in court battle

 

Ex-Mungiki leader Maina Njenga appeared before the Nakuru courts on Monday morning amid tight security.

He is being represented by Martha Karua, who is the lead counsel.

This is the second time he is appearing before Principal Magistrate Kipkurui Kibelyon.

However, he could not be charged initially because the prosecution sought to change the charge sheet.     BY THE STAR
