Gideon Moi's son weds in private ceremony

 

Kigen Moi, son of KANU party leader Gideon Moi has gotten married. He got married to his fiancee Rebecca Chepchumba at a private ceremony in Kericho County on Saturday.

Moi took to Twitter to congratulate Kigen and wished him and his wife God's guidance and blessings.

"I am proud of my son Kigen Moi for making a monumental stride in this life by seeking Rebecca Chepchumba's hand in marriage. Indeed, this engagement is a beautiful social and spiritual venture ordained by God to ensure companionship and continuity," Gideon said.

"As they begin formalising their union today in Kericho County, I pray that God's grace, guidance and blessings be always upon them."

Former Energy CS Charles Keter and former NMS boss, Lieutenant General Mohamed Badi attended the ceremony.

Kigen is the director of Sosian Energy Power Limited.

In 2022, he donated motorbikes to boda boda associations in various parts of Baringo County, aimed at boosting job creation.
