Aging Like Fine Wine! Julie Gichuru celebrates turning 49

 

Media personality Julie Gichuru is today celebrating her 49th birthday.

The mother of five says aging has made her listen more, l love harder, and be less judgemental.

Taking to her socials, the beautiful ex-TV host captioned

"Every part of me is thankful to have been on this epic journey of life.

My 48th year was tough, marked by our devastating loss at the end of 2021, but it was also a year of blessings - filled with grace, kindness, and healing.

No one promised this life would be easy - but we must never get so lost in the loss, grief, and challenge that we cannot see the blessings and give thanks for the opportunities."

Adding;

"As I get older I realize I know less; I ask more questions. I listen more keenly. I make fewer judgments.

I appreciate each new day as a blessing and an opportunity to try to do my best, one more time. Julie is a lucky woman as she recently celebrated her 19th wedding anniversary to her husband Anthony Gichuru.

Through her social media platforms, Julie shared past photos of them together.

She then gushed over her hubby describing her as her precious lion.

Julie and Anthony have been together for 23 years.

"Happy Anniversary my love ❤️19 years of marriage, 23 years together ❤️❤️. Feels like yesterday my precious Simba! I thank the Lord for loving me so much that he brought us together!"

Julie went on to shower her husband with her lover as she hoped for a forever together.
