In the wake of her publicly embarrassing herself, nominated senator Karen Nyamu made the mental decision to declare herself single.
This came shortly after she had an altercation with Edday Nderitu, wife to Mugithi singer Samidoh while in Dubai which saw her being escorted out of the club where her baby daddy, Samidoh was performing.
Following the news of her announcing she’d dumped him netizens and fans alike waited to see if Samidoh would respond and he has finally done so.
Through his Facebook page, he had a run-in with a fan who asked him why he was acting coy pretending like Karen dumping him did not hurt.
The netizen identified as Shiro Kariuki wrote, “Samidoh wacha kujifanya hujui uliachwa na Nyamu (stop pretending as if you don’t know Nyamu has left you.)”
The Mugithi artist responded by highlighting that such news holds no value to him.
He sarcastically asked how much he’d earn if he knew about that.
“Mtu akijua nalipwa aje? (so if one knows how will that pay me?” Samidoh responded.
Samidoh and Karen Nyamu have two kids together even though Samidoh is married to Edday Nderitu.
In the still trending videos, Nyamu is seen on stage trying to sing while security stopped her.
In another, she is seen being walked out by security after almost having a physical altercation with Edday. The video also shows Samidoh walking away with his wife as Nyamu was allegedly being thrown out by bouncers.
The morning after, Nyamu vowed to stop drinking alcohol.
“What went on yesterday? I woke up and found I’ve been tagged on social media. You guys don’t sleep? Alcohol is not soup. I have stopped drinking alcohol, I’m not drinking it anymore.” Announced the mother of two.
After carefully thinking about the situation, Nyamu took to social media to declare herself single, saying she had cut ties with Samidoh.
“Great and powerful women will attest that many times our weakest link is the men we get involved with.
I am stopping the pattern. I have made a conscious decision to end for good my involvement with the father of my babies and now ex-Samidoh Muchoki.
I could have called Samidoh and ended it quietly but I made it a drama. This has become a concern since I am a member of the senate….I have no regrets but I promise that’s the last time I will be involved in such a situation.” Karen promised on camera. BY KISS 100
