Political strategy consultant and digital journalist Dennis Itumbi last night penned a heartwarming message to former Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe as she turned a year old.
Through his Facebook page, Itumbi shared a lovely poetic piece describing her as a strong woman.
Itumbi then hinted that Maribe would soon be free from the murder case that she was linked to.
“Happy birthday my friend Jacque Maribe. This is your year girl,
You are a strong wave, You are a well-composed wave, Strong Muscle of clear waters,
The ships of lies may have interrupted your flow, The boats of a fake former DCI Boss, Will be met by the shores of TRUTH,
The headlines of grass straws, Will for sure COLLAPSE, UNCHAINED! Because you are a strong Wave,
Whose strength and beauty, Keep hitting the sand differently, I stand by the Beach, Writing your name with my feet on the water,
Because I know you are about to hit DIFFERENTLY!” he wrote.
Itumbi and Jacque have been friends for a very long time.
He then wished her a victorious year ahead.
“Happy Birthday Maribz, You are a rising Tide, to borrow a phrase,
With your strength, many a boat will be lifted. Let me take my Beach view room and take notes of your Triumphant Return!
My camera is on, as you declare victory over the storm,
Remember to pose for the Pic, a smile, one finger lifted, or a clenched fist splitting the air of uncertainty and the setting Sun on the frame…
Moment of a lifetime…That is why I paused the World Cup Final, to write off your WAVE! Goooooooal!!!”
After reading the message, the mother of one responded revealing that it has been a tearful four years but she was optimistic that things would soon turn around.
“Because God is good and He forever will be. Thank you, for your continued friendship, love, and unwavering support,” she wrote.
They then thanked Itumbi for always being by her side.
“This is the birthday of dreams, of beginnings, of truth. Of 4 years of tears turned around. Of joy, of refinement, of gratitude. It is the birthday of dreams come true. Asante sana for always being right by my side.”
In June, Jacque Maribe received some reprieve in the Monica Kimani murder case after it emerged that her DNA did not match that found at the crime scene.
