Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has written a heartfelt message to his mother as he wished her a quick recovery.
He said his mum is in pain after radiotherapy sessions and asked his followers to remember her in prayers.
“Today, my prayers and thoughts are on my mother who is bearing the pain, hurt and side effects of radiotherapy sessions. May your prayers shake the heavens to heal my mother: my moral and life North Star,” he said.
Kenyans replying to the tweet comforted him and sent out their quick recovery messages to his mum.

On June 2o22, Kipkorir flew to Eldoret to visit his ailing mother saying family comes first.
During the short trip that saw him fly back to Nairobi the same day, he spent time with his mother, who had undergone surgery but at the time he did not disclose the treatment.
“Today, I came to visit my beloved mum, Katarina, who is recuperating from surgery,” he said.
Kipkorir said he left his mother in the Hands of God and that he believes in the professional expertise of Professor Fred Chite and doctors Lactary Lelei, Naftali Busakhali and David Koech.
“Truly Blessed to be my mum’s son, grateful to her doctors and I’m humbled. May each receive a portion of God and experience his countenance,” he said.
