Popular Akorino model and influencer Peris Wairimu and her husband Dan Magenda have welcomed their first child together.
As all the headlines swirled around the announcement of Kenya’s presidential results, the pair celebrated the arrival of their bundle of joy.
Pesh took to her Instagram account on August 15 to reveal the good news. She uploaded a picture of herself holding the new-born baby at the hospital, alongside her husband.
In another image, the model cradles the crib carrying her infant child next to her hospital bed.
“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruits of the womb are a reward, our hearts are filled with joy,” she wrote.
She added: “Our hearts are filled with joy,” before thanking the hospital for the care provided during the crucial time.
The pair are yet to reveal the gender of the little one.
The news was met by congratulatory messages by friends and celebrities alike, who flooded her comment section wishing the couple well.
