School bus driver cheats death in Kitengela head on collision

 

A driver has cheated death after the school bus he was driving got involved in road accident in Kitengela, Kajiado County.

The unidentified driver was St. Bakhita School bus and sustained minor injuries after he got into head on collision with a pick-up on Tuesday.

Eye witnesses said both the vehicles had one occupant each, in the accident that happened along Namanga Road.

No pupil was aboard the bus during the incident.

The wreckages were towed to Kitengela police station according to eye witnesses.

Isinya sub-county police commander Ancient Kaloki, however, said he couldn't comment on an accident as there were no fatalities.

"I have not been informed of the accident. I don't comment on accidents where there are no fatalities, " Kaloki told the Star on the phone on Tuesday.    BY THE STAR
