The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has announced that it will issue nomination certificates to successful candidates on Wednesday, April 27.
In a statement on Monday, Secretary-general Veronica Maina said that governor, senate and Member of Parliament candidates will collect their nomination certificates from the Hustler Centre.
Governor candidates will receive their certificates at 10 am, senate aspirants at 11 am, Woman representatives hopefuls at noon and MP aspirants at 1 pm.
“All governor, senate and MP aspirants will be issued their certificates on Wednesday, April 27, 2022,” Maina said.
“All MCA candidates will receive their certificates on Wednesday from 11 am to 3 pm.”
Aspirants from the Coastal counties will receive their certificates from the Mombasa County UDA offices.
Kiambu, Kajiado, Nairobi, Samburu, Narok, Garissa, Wajir, Kitui, Machakos, Makueni and Mander will receive their certificates in Nairobi.
Those from Marsabit, Isiolo, Meru, Tharaka Nithi and Embu will receive from the Meru UDA offices, while candidates from Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Murang’a and Laikipia will collect certificates from the Nyeri Cultural Hall.
Turkana, West Pokot, Trans Nzoia, Elgeyo Marakwet, Uasin Gishu and Nandi candidates will be issued at the Eldoret Sports Club as those from Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia and Vihiga will be issued at the Kakamega UDA offices.
Kisii, Nyamira, Bomet and Kericho certificates will be issued at Rays Hotel in Kericho, while aspirants in Nakuru, Nyandarua and Baringo will be given at the Nakuru UDA offices.
Homa Bay, Migori, Kisumu and Siaya will be issued in Kisumu at a venue to be communicated. BY THE STAR
