Comedian Eric Omondi has opened up on why he is no longer working with singer Miss P.
According to Eric, they shot two videos with Miss P, but the projects could not go further because the latter is not putting in her effort.
“The only problem with Wambui…the only issues the company had with her. Miss P never ever pushes herself, she never pushes her projects,” he said.
Eric added that he did the most marketing of the ‘Baby Shower’ song through his social media.
“I am not a musician…we released Baby Shower…yet I am the one pushing it, posting on my page. She only reposts. She told me she is not a social media person, what do you mean? You are an artist,, you are selling products which are you and your projects,” he said.
The trait, he says, made his team to stop focusing on working with her.
“It got a point the team decided to let her be. She used to make me do everything, i paid for two videos, we took a flight, went to Mombasa, shot the video.”
Earlier, Miss P accused Eric of being a joker, and failing to communicate effectively; hence the collapse of their partnership.
“I just don’t think he’s a serious person. Ukiwa na intention ya kufanya kitu, you take initiative. Na in this case, tungeketi chini na lawyers tu-discuss hizi vitu, tu-sign documents na kazi ianze kufanywa,” she said.
She added that Eric has been ghosting her.
“Communication is key, ndio mtaelewana and get to have a clear understanding. After the Baby Shower events, I tried calling and texting but he did not respond. I have tried even reaching out through his manager but no response.” BY MPASHO NEWS
